JeM head Abu Khalid killed in J&K encounter

Abu Khalid, the most wanted Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) operational head, was killed by Indian Army on Monday.

The terrorist leader was killed in a shootout in Baramulla district of J&K earlier this morning.

Following intelligent reports that the militants were parked in Ladoora area, the military formed a cordon and launched a search operation in the area. As the militants opened fire, the army retaliated, leading to the killing of Khalid.
